Congratulations to Two Recent Grant Recipients!

GSN is pleased to congratulate two of our students for their recent grant awards!

Christine Neudecker (PhD Student, Criminal Justice) was awarded the Sir James Lougheed Award of Distinction from the Alberta Government in Canada. This award recognizes academic excellence and provides students from Alberta the opportunity to pursue graduate study anywhere in the world.

Hourie Tafech, (PhD Student, Global Affairs) was awarded a Margaret McNamara Education Grant (MMEG)! MMEG supports the education of women with a demonstrated commitment to the empowerment of women and children in developing countries.
